TL;DR

Senior Enterprise Hunter Account Executive (Retail & Hospitality): Selling hirify.global Data Intelligence Platform to leading Fortune 500 Retail, Travel & Hospitality accounts with an accent on penetrating new logos and maximizing market opportunity. Focus on compressing decision cycles, demonstrating value to C-Level executives, and exceeding sales quotas.

Location: This role highly prefers applicants be based in: Remote - Chicago, Texas, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Tennessee, or Illinois (USA)

What you will do

  • Directly influence the data strategy of leading retail and travel companies.
  • Allocate hirify.global resources to break into new accounts and grow existing relationships.
  • Meet with C-Level Executives to Practitioner level to demonstrate hirify.global' impact on business outcomes.
  • Communicate account strategy to hirify.global Senior Leadership on a regular basis.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Use a creative, fail-fast approach to prospecting, selling and creating value for customers.
  • Build a plan for success internally at hirify.global and externally with your accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with at least 2 years in the Enterprise space.
  • Experience with Value Selling Methodologies.
  • A creative salesperson with a well-defined prospecting motion.
  • Sales experience within open source technologies, big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven years of experience exceeding sales quotas.
  • Love understanding a technical product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value.
  • Grit, Grind, Tenacity and excitement to break into new logos.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
