TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (MarTech/AI): Identifying, engaging, and closing new business with leading enterprise brands, focusing on multi-product solutions for retail and e-commerce. Focus on developing comprehensive sales strategies, building relationships with C-suite stakeholders, and owning the end-to-end sales cycle to exceed revenue goals.

Location: Remote within the United States. This role involves participation in industry events and customer-related travel as needed.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level new logos.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and attend industry events to drive new business.
  • Identify business challenges and build C-suite relationships through discovery sessions.
  • Leverage consultative sales to create compelling narratives and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to guide market positioning and provide product feedback.
  • Design and execute innovative strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise brands.
  • Required experience working in a B2B MarTech SaaS company.
  • Proven success selling complex, multi-product solutions to retail and e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
