Lead Development Representative

TL;DR

Lead Development Representative: Engaging with inbound marketing leads and identifying new opportunities through outbound prospecting with an accent on lead qualification and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Location: Must be located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid role.

Salary: $45,000 base salary + $25,000 sales bonus

What you will do

• Engage with inbound leads and prospect outbound to identify new opportunities.
• Qualify and nurture leads to meet or exceed opportunity quotas.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and prepare handoff documentation.
• Research and understand prospects’ businesses, identifying pain points and challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Develop advanced prospecting skills and learn the buying journey.
