TL;DR

Location: This is a Hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite in our Miami office, USA.

Salary: $49,129–$57,387 USD annually (base salary, eligible for bonus/sales incentive and stock options)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage small and medium business (SMB) prospects using various creative outreach methods.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Build trust with prospects by actively listening and overcoming objections.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of workplace wellness solutions.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to accurately track prospect interactions and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve your sales skills.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of professional experience, eager to start your journey in tech or sales.
  • Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Insatiably curious, driven to ask "why" and seek new information.
  • Coachable and committed to learning to be a top performer.
  • Communicative with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.
  • Collaborative and values teamwork.
  • Must be based in Miami, Florida, USA, and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
