TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Partnering directly with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on the hirify.global Agents Platform with an accent on advising on agent design, persona, conversation flows, and tool integrations. Focus on driving expansion outcomes, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring durable revenue growth and long-term customer commitment.

Location: Remote-first within the United States, with a preference for candidates in New York City or San Francisco. Ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.

What you will do

  • Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on the hirify.global Agents Platform.
  • Advise on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver clear business outcomes.
  • Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
  • Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
  • Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, measured by net revenue retention and multi-product adoption.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, drive cross-sell, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and closing cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
  • Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents.
  • Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and knowledge of navigating SDKs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
