What you will do

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for the distributor community, managing inbound queries.
  • Execute the full lifecycle of deal registration approvals, rejections, and reassignments with accuracy.
  • Provide system expertise, resolving distributor-facing platform issues including portal access and CPQ.
  • Drive program adoption by communicating program details and assisting with training and certifications.
  • Contribute to pipeline hygiene through qualification and cleanup activities within Salesforce.
  • Generate reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews and assist in preparing distribution-focused presentations.
  • Support channel marketing by driving partner attendance at events and ensuring diligent follow-up.
  • Critically assess operational workflows, identify improvements, and document new processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex internal systems like Salesforce and Partner Portals.
  • Understanding of the indirect sales model and the critical role of distribution partners.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of diverse inquiries to maintain high partner satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex program details.
  • Experience with managing sales data, performing pipeline hygiene, and using reporting tools.
  • Proactive initiative, ownership of issues, and strong time management skills for competing priorities.
