TL;DR

Account Executive (Public Sector DoD/IC): Developing and executing a territory plan to drive sales of hirify.global’s cybersecurity training platform to the US Federal Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies with an accent on account management, understanding customer requirements, and supporting formal proposals. Focus on intimate understanding of US Federal Government contracting processes, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management.

Location: Work from anywhere. This role involves selling into the U.S. Federal Government DoD/IC Community, requiring an intimate understanding of US Federal Government’s Contracting/Procurement processes. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive sales of the cybersecurity training platform.
  • Manage accounts and understand customer requirements to propose solutions.
  • Generate quotes and support formal proposals, demonstrating the hirify.global training platform.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and follow up on MQLs/generate leads.
  • Work with hirify.global Distribution and Channel partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience selling into the U.S. Federal Government DoD/IC Community.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing long sales cycles.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Intimate understanding of the US Federal Government’s Contracting/Procurement processes.
  • Established connections within the DoD/IC sector.
  • Ability to travel when required and justified.

Nice to have

  • Background selling through/to Federal Systems Integrators (FSI’s), Primes/Subs within the DoD/IC community.
  • Experience selling Cybersecurity training or related products.
  • Familiarity with DoD 8570/8140, PCTE, U.S. Cyber Command, and DCWF.
