TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Cybersecurity): Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach for a cyber resilience platform with an accent on identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. Focus on conducting technical sales discussions, positioning multi-product solutions, and consistently executing successful deal closures.

Location: This role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in our Utrecht office, and 2 days from home).

What you will do

  • Develop and manage growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products, competitor solutions, and industry trends.
  • Conduct technical sales discussions and web demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Drive multi-product sales by positioning additional hirify.global solutions.
  • Manage Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and consistently execute deal closures.

Requirements

  • Proven self-starter with a history of achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
