What you will do
- Develop and manage growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products, competitor solutions, and industry trends.
- Conduct technical sales discussions and web demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Drive multi-product sales by positioning additional hirify.global solutions.
- Manage Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and consistently execute deal closures.
Requirements
- Proven self-starter with a history of achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
