Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and travel as required to connect with customers.

What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business and exceed targets in the Netherlands.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Build trusted executive relationships and position hirify.global as a partner of choice.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts with a proven track record.
  • Business Level proficiency in the Dutch Language is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in solution selling for software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms).
