What you will do
- Map company structures and identify appropriate contacts for prospecting.
- Learn and apply prospecting conversation techniques, including role-playing for best practices.
- Conduct calls and emails to book demos and schedule hand-offs to Sales Representatives.
- Organize, clean, and maintain the CRM database.
- Shadow experienced SDRs and Account Executives to develop sales knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to understand the business model.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate candidate with a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration.
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
- Strong communication, empathy, confidence, resilience, and adaptability.
- Competitiveness and tenacity.
- Collaborative team player with good computer skills.
- English: B2 required.
