What you will do

  • Map company structures and identify appropriate contacts for prospecting.
  • Learn and apply prospecting conversation techniques, including role-playing for best practices.
  • Conduct calls and emails to book demos and schedule hand-offs to Sales Representatives.
  • Organize, clean, and maintain the CRM database.
  • Shadow experienced SDRs and Account Executives to develop sales knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to understand the business model.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate candidate with a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration.
  • Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
  • Strong communication, empathy, confidence, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Competitiveness and tenacity.
  • Collaborative team player with good computer skills.
  • English: B2 required.
