What you will do
- Establish a vision and plan to guide your short-, mid-, and long-term approach to your accounts.
- Consistently deliver ARR targets while providing a fantastic experience to customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
- Utilize partner and alliance relationships to identify and open new opportunities.
- Champion hirify.global to prospective clients and partners during sales presentations, events, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions.
- 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions.
- Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with Salesforce and other sales tools like Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Language skills: English & Dutch.

- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Win by Design methodologies.
