TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving B2B enterprise SaaS sales and new business development in the BeNeLux/Nordics/EMEA region with an accent on establishing new partnerships and expanding existing client relationships. Focus on orchestrating complex deals, championing cybersecurity products, and consistently delivering ARR targets.

Location: Remote. Preferably located in the Netherlands, Belgium. Sales territory includes large enterprise and strategic partner accounts across EMEA.

What you will do

  • Establish a vision and plan to guide your short-, mid-, and long-term approach to your accounts.
  • Consistently deliver ARR targets while providing a fantastic experience to customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
  • Utilize partner and alliance relationships to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Champion hirify.global to prospective clients and partners during sales presentations, events, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions.
  • 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions.
  • Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and other sales tools like Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Language skills: English & Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Win by Design methodologies.
