What you will do

• Take full ownership of a flagship enterprise account, setting a strategy to outperform ambitious revenue and consumption goals.
• Execute with pace and precision, turning strategy into action and consistently exceeding your targets.
• Build boardroom‑level trust, acting as the go‑to data and AI advisor for senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Create and shape new business, expanding strategic use cases and driving deep, long‑term platform adoption.
• Mobilise the full hirify.global ecosystem to unlock maximum value and measurable outcomes for the customer.
• Lead high‑stakes, insight‑led negotiations, successfully closing complex, multi‑year opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong track record of beating revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments.
• At least 7+ years of experience managing large retail enterprise accounts in Germany, with deep retail‑vertical expertise.
• Proven success selling sophisticated data, AI or highly technical software in multi‑stakeholder, multi‑year deals.
• Solid understanding of consumption‑based, land‑and‑expand models and a track record of significantly growing a single strategic account.
• Fluent German and English, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders up to C‑level.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the customer on a regular basis is essential (40–50%).
