What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue quotas.
- Enable multi-stakeholder selling, guiding the team through complex sales cycles.
- Manage pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility on risks and opportunities.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor top talent, fostering professional growth.
- Partner with Growth, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, and Customer Engagement for alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in the DACH market.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise B2B sales cycles (300k/ARR+).
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams in high-growth Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS/Tech companies.
- Focus on methodology-based sales coaching, MEDDPICC, and a challenger mentality.
- Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates.
- Excellent German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
