Focus on proactive outreach to hirify.global users, understanding their challenges, and adding value to every customer interaction.

What you will do

  • Use prospecting strategies to reach out to existing hirify.global users to acquire commercial licenses.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges and determine their interest in hirify.global products.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and qualified prospects.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding hirify.global products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and engage in team development.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • A willingness to gain a strong understanding of the industry and our product offers.
  • High integrity and a team-first mentality.
  • Native English speaker, other languages such as Korean, Japanese or Chinese are considered a plus
  • Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
