What you will do
- Sell hirify.global’s SaaS products to doctors across various specialties.
- Represent the hirify.global brand to SMB medical practices through direct outreach, including cold-calling, emailing, and networking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring database hygiene.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and clients through the entire sales cycle.
- Provide insightful feedback to leadership on sales processes, strategies, and department needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Ability to thrive in a 30-day-or-less sales cycle, quickly build rapport, and handle objections efficiently.
- Commitment to the bigger picture and willingness to prioritize long-term impact.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Passion for innovating healthcare and improving patient experiences.
- Formal education (BA/BS degree or some college coursework).
- Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, Chorus, Loom, Zoom, Slack, G-Suite.
