TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Healthcare): Responsible for achieving sales quotas and building market share in the Healthcare industry by selling AI software solutions to sophisticated enterprise accounts. Focus on establishing strategic C-level relationships, negotiating complex agreements, and identifying new opportunities through technological advances.

Location: Remote (US). This position requires candidates reside within the West Coast.

What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quotas and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals effectively.
  • Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
  • Establish and maintain high-level strategic relationships with 'C' levels.
  • Analyze customer's business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between hirify.global CXone Mpower and customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services in a hunter-type of role.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology & its applications.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
  • Must reside within the West Coast (USA).
