What you will do
- Achieve annual sales quotas and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals effectively.
- Ensure proposed sales and solutions capitalize on hirify.global CXone Mpower's strengths.
- Establish and maintain high-level strategic relationships with 'C' levels.
- Analyze customer's business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities.
- Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between hirify.global CXone Mpower and customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services in a hunter-type of role.
- Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology & its applications.
- Superior relationship and client management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
- Must reside within the West Coast (USA).
