TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Medtech/Digital Health): Driving end-to-end sales processes for mid-sized employers in the healthcare space with an accent on market demand creation, strategic deal architecture, and pipeline management. Location: Remote within the US (Hub cities), or New York, NY.

Salary: $220,000–$290,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized employers, creating market demand for Maven’s services.
  • Develop detailed plans to meet individual sales targets and manage a robust pipeline through individual outreach and team partnerships.
  • Secure meetings with HR buyers, including C-level audiences, using creativity and persistence.
  • Act as the CEO of your territory, actively meeting stakeholders, prospective clients, payers, and consultants.
  • Position Maven’s value proposition effectively with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer needs.
  • Assess and approach buyers strategically to bring value to each interaction and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a direct sales role, with no less than 2 years selling into HR or similar functions.
  • Experience in the digital health, employer benefits, and/or healthcare systems space.
  • Demonstrated exceptional sales performance history (quota achievement, forecasting).
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes for complex deals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within territory ~30% of the month.
  • Strong organizational skills, including detailed management of deals in Salesforce.
  • Must be a US-based employee for eligibility for full benefits.
