What you will do
- Design and deliver comprehensive New Hire Onboarding Programs for Go-To-Market roles.
- Provide dedicated enablement support for the SDR team, focusing on prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Design and update core training content, integrating internal and external information.
- Continuously improve enablement processes, onboarding structure, and content delivery methods.
- Align enablement initiatives with product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal events.
- Collaborate to develop GTM Playbooks, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and able to work in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- 5+ years of sales training and enablement experience, specifically within Sales Development or GTM Onboarding.
- Proven experience as an SDR, AE, or Account Manager in a SaaS and/or consumption-based selling environment.
- Experience in coaching, training, and enablement for a software company's GTM teams.
- Strong coaching and sales skills, with a focus on improving prospecting and increasing pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating and delivering high-impact content.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Confluence.
- Experience developing annual enablement strategies and training calendars.
- Knowledge of learning methodologies and best practices for training and development.
- Previous accounting or finance experience.
