What you will do
- Own and strategically manage a portfolio of key accounts.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand business needs and deliver value-based solutions.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio.
- Monitor product usage and account health, addressing risks and adoption barriers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, serving as the voice of the customer to influence continuous improvement.
- Proactively educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT management, MSP, Network Security, or a related technology industry.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience operating in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage complex pipelines.
- Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this role.
- Must be currently based in Canada and willing to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer engagements, or company events.
