TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Canada (Quebec preferred) with occasional travel.

Salary: CAD $85,000–$115,000 base salary, with approximately $85,000 in variable compensation (uncapped OTE).

What you will do

  • Own and strategically manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand business needs and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio.
  • Monitor product usage and account health, addressing risks and adoption barriers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, serving as the voice of the customer to influence continuous improvement.
  • Proactively educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT management, MSP, Network Security, or a related technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience operating in a metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage complex pipelines.
  • Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Must be currently based in Canada and willing to travel occasionally for team meetings, customer engagements, or company events.
