TL;DR

Talent & Capability Business Partner (HR): Delivering high-impact, measurable capability-building programs for leadership audiences, acting as a consultant and partner to leaders. Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada; Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with People Business Partners (PBPs) and leadership to understand business priorities and talent development needs.
  • Own, create, and execute strategic learning and enablement plans based on business needs.
  • Design and facilitate high-stakes learning offerings for senior leaders, including workshops, coaching, and training.
  • Use expertise to influence and advise stakeholders and partners to inform strategic decision-making related to talent and capability priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with PBPs, leaders, and across the People & Culture organization to ensure integrated talent solutions and operational effectiveness.
  • Gather and analyze data to develop strategic solutions to close capability gaps, contribute to long-term program strategy development, and establish clear goals and metrics to measure performance and impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience acting as a Business Partner or Consultant to leaders in a fast-paced, complex business environment, preferably in technology.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of adult learning principles, and a variety of leadership development approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and facilitating programs for executive and senior management audiences.
  • Experience in managing project timelines and working with vendors or external subject matter experts.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
