TL;DR

Lead Comp Partner EMEA (Fintech): Designing and managing compensation programs that align with business objectives, reflect local market realities, and support long-term growth with an accent on global consistency with regional flexibility. Focus on market positioning, pay decisions, and job architecture.

Location: Based in our London or Dublin office. Follow a hybrid schedule: three days a week in the office, with the option to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

Salary: £140K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as the lead compensation partner for EMEA, providing strategic guidance on compensation design and pay decisions.
  • Support the development and evolution of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity frameworks.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis across EMEA and other international regions.
  • Partner with Recruiting and HRBPs on offer design and approvals.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of job architecture and leveling.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to address complex compensation topics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or a related total rewards role, with meaningful exposure to international or regional compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading compensation work across multiple countries or regions, ideally including EMEA.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort navigating nuanced compensation discussions across cultures and regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and global benchmarking strongly preferred.
