What you will do

• Contribute to hirify.global’s brand identity by maintaining the design system and asset library.
• Develop visual concepts and designs that align with brand identity for sales and marketing teams.
• Act as a brand guardian and ensure consistency and quality of all customer-facing assets.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, prioritizing and completing tasks with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in brand and visual design for cutting-edge technology products, with a varied portfolio.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and grids.
• Strong sense of storytelling across a variety of marketing and sales assets.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with editorial and print production, including booklets, brochures, and OOH applications.
• Proficiency with AI tools to expedite the design process and enhance creative output.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate briefs and justify design choices.

Nice to have

• Ability to create 2D or 3D illustrations and small animations.
