Salary: $99,782 – $161,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale Microsoft Exchange messaging services (2010/2013/2016, hybrid, Office 365).
• Lead and execute migrations from legacy messaging systems to Exchange/Office 365.
• Serve as a technical lead/SME, mentoring teams and conducting knowledge transfer.
• Develop detailed design and migration documentation.
• Implement and manage Exchange Federation, Directory Synchronization, and Identity federation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Exchange messaging implementation and Active Directory.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, and Lync Online.
• Proven experience with third-party migration tools like Quest/Binary Tree.
• In-depth knowledge of mail transport fundamentals, DNS, and network security.
• Strong working knowledge of Internet Protocols, networking (TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewall Rules), Storage (NAS/SAN), and Virtualization (VMware/Microsoft).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Exchange and Office 365.
• Required Certifications: Exam MS-100, MS-101, MS-203, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Must have US work authorization; visa transfer or sponsorship is not available.
