What you will do
- Generate demand and build sales pipeline for Microsoft-specific solutions in a defined territory.
- Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, orchestrating virtual teams and shaping proposals.
- Lead with value and ROI, building business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans.
- Architect and design solutions related to collaboration, productivity, security, and AI platforms.
- Facilitate C-level conversations to enhance understanding and align customers to Microsoft initiatives.
- Partner with Microsoft to unlock workshops, customer incentives, and POC funding.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated success in solution sales, specifically Microsoft platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft M365 (Security and Collaboration), Copilot (AI Business Solutions), and Public Cloud (Azure Solutions).
- Ability to translate executive-level objectives into well-structured roadmaps and adoption plans.
- Proven capability in leading virtual pursuit teams and coordinating partner co-selling and funding efforts.
- Familiarity with security infrastructure and layers, including Endpoint, Network, Identity, and Cloud solutions.
- English: B2+ proficiency required.
