What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas through strategic identification, qualification, and closure of new Enterprise law firm logos.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate target firms, demonstrating a clear ROI for hirify.global's AI platform.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery and compelling presentations to articulate the value proposition to C-level executives and key decision-makers within Enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and maximum adoption during and after the initial deployment.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap, acting as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Required: 5+ years of successful experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers, preferably within the legal tech or FinTech space.
  • Required: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota with an average deal size of $250K+.
  • Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience selling into large personal injury or mass tort law firms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise business processes.
