TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Driving the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities, fueling company growth. Focus on building a strong pipeline of prospects, mastering prospecting processes, and collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission)

What you will do

  • Lead generation through outbound account targeting, lead development, cold calling, and multi-touch activity.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads and new meeting objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth across sales teams.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of hirify.global’s product and service value propositions.
  • Understand the prospecting processes and larger sales process of the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC.
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.
  • Experience calling into the CXO level.
  • Proven track record with new account development.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism.
