What you will do
- Own the partner growth strategy & execution for UK&I and NL.
- Lead & develop the Partner Development team, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
- Build and scale the partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding strategic partners.
- Be a key point of contact for strategic partners, driving pipeline, performance, and long-term collaboration.
- Drive partner performance & revenue growth through enablement, co-selling, upselling, and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or similar roles within B2B SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- English expert, Dutch will be a greatly valued.
- Leadership experience: Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching team members.
- Strong partner & commercial acumen: Comfortable owning partner pipelines and driving revenue through indirect channels.
- Market expertise: Solid understanding of the UK, Ireland, and/or Dutch markets.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and autonomous.
