Location: Must live in the DC Metro area. Hybrid in Reston, VA.

Salary: $85,000 to $255,000 annually, plus commission.

What you will do

• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships within a dedicated account book of Federal Civilian accounts.
• Build and manage a methodically qualified sales pipeline from start to close.
• Research, identify, and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of customer challenges and sell solutions with a consultative approach.
• Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling.
• Work closely with partners to drive the best outcome for customers.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in full cycle sales campaigns in the field, with a success of hitting quota.
• Must have prior experience selling into the Federal Civilian vertical.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.
• Be a strong and effective communicator.
• Have a strong technical aptitude.
• Must be detailed oriented and flexible.
