TL;DR

Federal Account Executive (Cloud Security): Drive sales of cloud security solutions to Federal System Integrators with an accent on CISO-level engagement, pipeline management, and strategic partnerships. Focus on exceeding sales quotas, understanding customer business needs, and aligning with hirify.global's values.

Location: Must reside in the contiguous United States and be based out of Washington, D.C. for field sales. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship and meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person.

Salary: $155,000–$155,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do

  • Drive sales of hirify.global Cloud Security Solutions to state, local, and education customers.
  • Engage CISO-level executives, providing industry insights and building relationships.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by developing and closing deals.
  • Optimize market opportunities through alignment with hirify.global's partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling SaaS/Security solutions to Federal System Integrators (FSI).
  • Proficiency in process and detail management, with strong SFDC account updating skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consulting and professional advice.
  • Experience in FSI sales and engaging C-level executives.
  • Strong adaptability to customer needs and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to hit target year after year.
