What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential startups that can benefit from hirify.global’s payment solutions.
  • Travel frequently to major tech, start-up, and scale-up events to represent hirify.global and network with prospective partners.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through inbound leads, startup accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Provide first-line technical guidance and solution design during the pre-sales process (API, SDK, webhooks, and platform capabilities).
  • Build long-term relationships with founders, CTOs, and product teams to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in product, engineering, sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or API-led platforms.
  • Ability to read and explain complex API documentation and troubleshoot integration flows using market leading tools.
  • Proven experience working directly with developers or CTOs, with the ability to β€˜speak their language’ and translate business needs into technical tickets (User Stories).
  • Proven track record of closing B2B partnerships and managing post-sales relationships with startups or tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (acquiring, issuing, FX, compliance) and startup go-to-market dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a startup partnership role, accelerator program, or VC-backed ecosystem.
  • Exposure to cross-border payments, compliance/KYC, or embedded finance platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (European or APAC languages preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or technical certifications a plus.
