What you will do

• Build a strong sales pipeline within assigned markets.
• Define target accounts and best outreach channels with regional sales managers and the regional director.
• Execute prospecting work via cold calling, social media outreach, and emails.
• Support Account Executives with business development tasks.
• Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and technical resources to discover business opportunities from new and existing accounts.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• A curious person who listens and asks questions.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience facing technical audiences (information security or L&D experience a plus).
• Strong execution of sales cadence and ability to creatively refine it.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and able to work independently.
• Must be fluent in English; written and spoken.
• Diploma or above; holder of hirify.global badge or certification is a plus.
