TL;DR
Business Development Representative, GCR (SaaS): You'll drive hirify.global's revenue by generating pipeline for Sales, focusing on people, process, and tools. Focus on account management, nurturing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for expansion in Mandarin-speaking regions across APAC.
Location: Must be based in Beijing, China. Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese is a must.

What you will do
- Develop new business opportunities from existing customer base.
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases through qualitative and data-driven approach.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Help lead BDR team-wide campaigns or initiatives.
- Manage your own "book of business" to nurture relationships with free, pro, and business customers to identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (verbal & written).
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 years of experience in BDR or in a similar capacity in the technology industry is preferred, specifically in SaaS.
- Experience in Google Sheets, Outreach, SFDC reporting, and data analysis is a plus.
