Location: Hybrid role with in-office collaboration expected Tuesday through Thursday at the Arlington Office.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and qualify new business leads.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring and growing accounts.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Explain hirify.global products and how they mitigate security challenges to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of outbound B2B sales experience selling complex software.
• Minimum one year of closing experience with a strong performance track record.
• Confident, polished communicator with strong professional relationship-building skills.
• Strong discovery and value-selling skillset.
• Proficiency in sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity.
