What you will do

  • Continuously network and generate a high number of leads.
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding partnership targets and sales quotas.
  • Qualify deals, negotiate agreements, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support contracting for expansion services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Science, or Healthcare (Bachelor’s with strong experience considered).
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • An existing network within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in clinical development, clinical operations, and pre-approval access.
  • Consistent and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development (clinical trials and/or expanded access programs).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 60% of the time.
