TL;DR

Manager, Business Development (SaaS): Leading and managing an NA Business Development team focused on outbound prospecting for sales to drive pipeline activity with an accent on team quota achievement, process refinement, and SDR/AE relationship management. Focus on hiring, mentoring, and developing top Enterprise and Strategic SDRs and optimizing the sales funnel.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States (US East Coast)

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the NA Business Development team, ensuring performance, metrics, and pipeline activity goals are met.
  • Carry and exceed team quota for outbound prospecting.
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics.
  • Manage territory assignments and SDR/AE relationships.
  • Develop and optimize the sales funnel through new processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine a repeatable prospecting model.

Requirements

  • At least three years of enterprise sales development/lead generation experience.
  • 2+ years of business development management experience.
  • Experience working for a high-growth software/SaaS company.
  • Prior success building and leading an enterprise business development team.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, train, and motivate others.

Nice to have

  • Relevant experience in the DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS space.
  • Comfort with new technologies and the ability to communicate with tech-savvy individuals.
