What you will do

  • Win new enterprise B2B customers by positioning hirify.global as a long-term wellbeing partner.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Works Council).
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate enterprise-level contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Sales Development to build a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to move deals forward and deliver an outstanding buying experience.
  • Track, forecast, and report on pipeline and revenue, actively contributing to sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling complex digital B2B solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Fluent German is required, along with comfort collaborating with international teams.
  • Structured, disciplined sales approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to challenge customers constructively.
