What you will do
- Win new enterprise B2B customers by positioning hirify.global as a long-term wellbeing partner.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Works Council).
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate enterprise-level contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with Sales Development to build a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
- Orchestrate internal teams to move deals forward and deliver an outstanding buying experience.
- Track, forecast, and report on pipeline and revenue, actively contributing to sales strategy.
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling complex digital B2B solutions to enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Fluent German is required, along with comfort collaborating with international teams.
- Structured, disciplined sales approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to challenge customers constructively.
