What you will do

  • Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
  • Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage hirify.global partners.
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and pipeline.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers, understanding their challenges to drive the hirify.global solution.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales process and ensure ongoing account management for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong focus on new business sales.
  • Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
