What you will do
- Achieve sales goals and targets for the assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
- Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage hirify.global partners.
- Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and pipeline.
- Take a consultative approach with customers, understanding their challenges to drive the hirify.global solution.
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue growth.
- Manage the sales process and ensure ongoing account management for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong focus on new business sales.
- Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
