Location: Hybrid in London, UK. This role is focused on expanding hirify.global's EMEA and CEE market presence.

hirify.global is building a Trust Management Platform to help businesses continuously monitor and verify security and compliance, aiming to restore trust in internet businesses.

What you will do

  • Own the sales pipeline from identification to new opportunity creation.
  • Run a world-class sales process using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global's business impact and deliver compelling demos.
  • Communicate confidently with executive leaders, translating complex concepts.
  • Continuously improve sales craft through feedback and team playbooks.
  • Champion market expansion and explore partnership opportunities in EMEA/CEE.

Requirements

  • Polish and English language proficiency is required.
  • 4+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and build relationships with technical prospects.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an impact at a startup.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy for the EMEA landing team.
