Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany. Opportunity for 2 weeks of remote work from within the EU (EU passport required).

What you will do

  • Win strategic enterprise clients in the enterprise segment.
  • Build relationships at the executive level and pursue new opportunities.
  • Manage complex, multi-stage deals from initial contact to closing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders from operations to C-level.
  • Lead complex international contracts and structure deals with legal, finance, and operations teams.
  • Deeply understand clients’ business challenges and influence internal product, operations, and sales decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales or global account management within B2B services, outsourcing, or tech.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder accounts and closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively drive accounts, and be a reliable team partner.
  • Fluent in German and English (C-level proficiency), both written and spoken.
