What you will do
- Win strategic enterprise clients in the enterprise segment.
- Build relationships at the executive level and pursue new opportunities.
- Manage complex, multi-stage deals from initial contact to closing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders from operations to C-level.
- Lead complex international contracts and structure deals with legal, finance, and operations teams.
- Deeply understand clients’ business challenges and influence internal product, operations, and sales decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales or global account management within B2B services, outsourcing, or tech.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder accounts and closing high-value contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, proactively drive accounts, and be a reliable team partner.
- Fluent in German and English (C-level proficiency), both written and spoken.
