What you will do

• Lead design of enterprise admin tools, onboarding flows, and importers for seamless customer transitions to Coda.
• Collaborate directly with major customers to understand needs and translate them into usable designs.
• Deliver high-quality designs from wireframes to polished interfaces balancing clarity and usability.
• Experiment and iterate rapidly with PMs and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to evolving the design system to support enterprise use cases.
• Work within a supportive and collaborative design team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Germany with willingness to travel occasionally to New York and San Francisco.
• 3+ years experience in product design, preferably with enterprise, admin, or data integration systems.
• Proven ability to design clear, scalable user experiences simplifying complex workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of challenging problems into elegant solutions.
• Comfortable working end-to-end from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Self-starter thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
