What you will do

  • Support territory strategy and planning for vertical understanding and account use case targeting.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during account planning process based on territory strategy.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Engagement Managers on foundational specialty solution area knowledge.
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of knowledge on return on investment for specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
