Location: Paris, France. Work personas can be flexible, remote, or required in office, depending on the assigned work location and proximity to a hirify.global office.

What you will do

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement and account use case targeting.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process, ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and partner in developing strategies.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives and other sales roles with foundational specialty solution area knowledge.
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
