What you will do

  • Oversee market success of ServiceNow's hirify.global products built on the Service Management platform.
  • Support territory strategy and planning for vertical agreement and account use case targeting.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation and strategy development.
  • Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%.
