What you will do

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
• Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.
• Support customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation and support the development of strategies by partnering with the account team, customers, and partners.
• Interlock with Sales Consultants & Specialist Sales Consultants on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement based on the engagement model.
• Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
• Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solutions areas to lead solution wins.
• Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Travel required: 30-50%.
