What you will do
- Close deals and build pipeline within or exceeding goals.
- Assist and support sales partners in sales efforts.
- Maintain product knowledge by attending continuous sales training.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.
- Understand customer processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Engage customers in business, strategy, and ROI-based discussions.
Requirements
- Consultative nature with the ability to identify customer problems.
- Proven track record of success selling software & winning new business at Enterprise Level (>500 Seats).
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle for hirify.global customers.
- Deep understanding of the CCaaS market.
- Motivated to exceed quota & chase rewards.
- Demonstrate success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting.
