What you will do
- Drive sales growth and execute strategies tailored to digital-native companies in UKI.
- Lead and expand the UKI Digital Native sales team.
- Apply and influence hirify.global’s sales methodology and best practices.
- Develop market strategies for companies with distributed teams and global infrastructures.
- Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, developer-focused events, and external forums.
- Manage long-term enterprise sales cycles while driving high-velocity sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to scale high-performing teams selling to digital-native companies.
- Experience in selling cloud, security, performance, and networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and DevOps workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate technical sales cycles.
- Experience in selling to SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, Media, and emerging digital industries.
- Excellent English interpersonal communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
