What you will do

  • Architect positioning for the next-generation platform and differentiate hirify.global from traditional gamification solutions.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts, including win/loss analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback loops.
  • Orchestrate the full launch lifecycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment and internal readiness.
  • Build an enablement ecosystem (frameworks, content, knowledge base) connecting the product roadmap to commercial execution.
  • Create value-based messaging frameworks that translate technical features into business outcomes.
  • Maintain a structured library of product marketing assets, such as solution briefs, persona playbooks, and demo scripts.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
  • Experience building PMM foundations in high-velocity SaaS environments (Series A–C).
  • Proven success with product GTM launches and strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys.
  • Ability to craft product positioning, messaging, content, and training that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • High data fluency (qualitative + quantitative).
