Principal Product Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (SaaS): Defining and evolving product strategy and capabilities for B2B SaaS solutions with an accent on market needs, business proposals, and roadmap definition. Focus on collaborating with UX and engineering to refine requirements and driving go-to-market activities for complex, data-driven products.

Location: Hybrid, based in EMEA (preferably Italy, Belgium, UK, Ireland or Spain). Commitment to come to the office at least twice per week in Rome, Italy, Merelbeke, Belgium, or Alicante, Spain.

What you will do

• Research opportunities and develop business proposals.
• Define product initiatives and refine the prioritized product roadmap.
• Gather feedback from prospects and customers on the roadmap and existing capabilities.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering on requirements, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Drive go-to-market activities and enablement with the Product Marketing team.
• Evangelise product strategy and roadmap across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Based in EMEA (preferably Italy, Belgium, UK, Ireland or Spain).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful complex, data-driven products.
• Experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (CEFR B2).
• Ability to translate company goals into detailed roadmap plans.

• Familiarity with system & device management and/or network infrastructure.
• Experience working in a hybrid organization and collaborating with remote teams.
