What you will do

  • Partner with Client Partners to align hirify.global advertising solutions with advertiser business models, conversion funnels, and performance KPIs.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and direct clients, serving as a trusted advisor and category expert in the auto vertical.
  • Lead campaign onboarding, execution, pacing, optimizations, and wrap-up analyses, emphasizing performance efficiency and audience refinement.
  • Analyze campaign and audience performance data to identify trends, optimization levers, and provide clear ROI-improving recommendations.
  • Act as the internal lead for account operations, including forecasting, revenue delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with Ad Ops.
  • Educate clients and partners on hirify.global’s performance advertising capabilities, measurement approaches, and creative best practices.

Requirements

  • This role requires you to be based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • 4-7 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnels and the traditional marketing ecosystem.
  • Expertise with performance and direct response campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
