Location: Hybrid (New York, US), requiring in-office presence three (3) days per week at our NY office.

Salary: $155,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Respond to client briefs and coordinate account teams to develop bold, effective creative strategies informed by competitive and consumer trends.
• Write clear, impactful proposals and craft persuasive pitches to present strategies, creatives, and recommendations to clients.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their business and objectives, translating requirements into influencer selection and content creation.
• Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with campaign teams to stay updated on progress and proactively flag potential issues.
• Provide regular, thorough updates and reporting to clients, offering expertise and recommendations at every campaign stage.
• Act as a mentor and manager for junior team members, facilitating their learning, development, and professional growth as marketeers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working for a brand or in a client servicing role at an agency with high-profile clients.
• Genuine passion for Influencer and Performance Marketing.
• Experience in upselling ideas to clients and presenting confidently to stakeholders at all levels to grow accounts.
• Exceptional organization and ability to independently lead accounts, managing multiple campaigns to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and logically and efficiently deal with problems.
• Demonstrable experience as a project lead on sizeable client accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within the beauty industry is desirable.
